What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI-Powered Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows informed by input from domain experts and end users.
• Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Leveraging LLMs as subject specialists to create and sustain documents that capture domain knowledge and proprietary organizational expertise.
• Engineering and deploying data structures that deliver contextual underpinning for business processes, ensuring data models are both scalable and efficient.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
