Senior Applications Analyst – I (Oracle Manufacturing)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Applications Analyst – Oracle Manufacturing to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. This role involves working on manufacturing modules, developing RICEW components, and collaborating with global stakeholders to improve business processes and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle EBS Development & Support
- Analyze, design, implement, and test solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- Work extensively on Oracle Manufacturing modules including BOM, Inventory, WIP, Costing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning
- Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
Testing & Issue Resolution
- Prepare unit test scripts and end-to-end test cases
- Conduct CRP/UAT sessions with global business users
- Investigate and resolve issues within Oracle applications through root cause analysis
- Manage and prioritize incidents within defined SLAs
Integration & Technical Development
- Develop technical and functional specifications for new business requirements
- Work on PL/SQL, XML Publisher, query tuning, and shell scripting
- Support integrations with third-party systems and legacy data conversions
- Create and manage Oracle TARs for product-related issues
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business users to streamline business processes using Oracle solutions
- Document processes, procedures, and provide training to end users
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reliability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Applications
- 10–15 years of experience working with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules
- Strong expertise in Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Strong techno-functional experience (60% technical / 40% functional preferred)
- Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Query Tuning, Shell scripting
- Strong experience with RICEW components
- Knowledge of Plan to Procure (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Item Costing, Cycle Count, Outside Processing
- Exposure to MES integrations or third-party integrations
- Experience with OAF personalization and extension
- Experience in data migration and legacy system integrations
