Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Application & Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in troubleshooting production issues, database management, and cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
GoLang, PostgreSQL, AWS, and production support operations, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end application and production support for business-critical systems
- Debug and analyze GoLang-based applications to identify and resolve issues
- Work with PostgreSQL databases for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Handle production incidents (P1 to P4) within defined SLAs
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman
- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution
- Manage and update tickets in HP ServiceNow with proper documentation and communication
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution
- Participate in code walkthroughs and dry runs for better system understanding
- Ensure smooth application performance across AWS cloud environments
- Work in flexible shifts as per support requirements
