Role Description
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations for industrial valves based on customer specifications, datasheets, and RFQs.
- Review P&IDs, process datasheets, and project documents to recommend suitable valve solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, Vendors, EPCs, consultants, and internal teams for technical clarifications and bid submissions.
- Support the sales team with pre-sales technical presentations, product recommendations, and value engineering.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and QA teams to ensure technical compliance during order execution and resolve engineering queries.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting, customer consultation, and solution implementation for industrial applications.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation
- 1–3 years of experience in industrial valves, process instrumentation, or flow control solutions.
- Knowledge of ASME/API/ISO standards and process industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power, Water, and Fertilizers.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
