We’re Hiring: Senior Appian Developer (FTE)
📍 Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Hyderabad
We are looking for an experienced Senior Appian Developer to join our team and drive end-to-end business process automation initiatives. If you have strong expertise in Appian and enjoy working in a fast-paced Agile environment, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable end-to-end Appian solutions following best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead solution design discussions aligned with enterprise architecture
- Build and maintain Appian components: interfaces, process models, rules, integrations, and records
- Develop efficient data models and database designs
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications
- Work closely with global teams (US & India)
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, estimation, delivery)
- Mentor junior developers and drive development standards

Required Skills & Experience- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 💼 8+ years of overall experience in software development
- ⚙️ 5+ years of hands-on Appian development (enterprise-level projects)
- Strong expertise in Appian 25.4+ (or latest versions)
- Deep understanding of Appian components (interfaces, process models, integrations, rules, tasks)
- Solid experience in data modeling & database design
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
🔹
Preferred Skills- Appian Certification
- Experience in Legal/Compliance workflow automation (Financial Services)
- Advanced SQL performance tuning
- Exposure to React / Python / Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD & DevOps practices
