Senior Appian Consultant – 5+ Years

Location : Jaipur/ Pune

Job Type : Contract 2 hire

Role Summary

• Deliver Appian solutions in a client-facing consulting role
• Bridge business requirements with technical implementation
• Drive solution delivery and client success

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Design and develop Appian applications (SAIL, Process Models, Records)
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across the project lifecycle
• Build integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, external systems)
• Conduct client workshops, demos, and solution presentations
• Ensure adherence to Appian best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance
• Mentor junior developers and support team delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Skills

• 5–6+ years IT experience with strong Appian expertise
• Hands-on experience in SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records & Reports, CDTs, Rules
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Web APIs
• Good knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and databases
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of performance tuning and debugging

Preferred Qualifications

• Appian Certification – L2 Mandatory, L3 Preferred
• Experience in BPM / Automation projects
