Job Title: Android Developer (Kotlin + Compose UI)
Experience: 6+ Years (Strictly no profiles below 6 years)

Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Android Developer to design, build, and maintain high-performance Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern Android development and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Android applications
- Collaborate with developers, designers, product owners, and QA teams
- Build and enhance new features and functionalities
- Replace legacy systems with modern technologies
- Prepare and execute test plans and test cases (manual/automation)
- Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs and technical issues
- Stay updated with latest Android and mobile technologies
Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Native Android development (Android OS, SDK, Android Studio)
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Compose UI
- Knowledge of Material Design principles
- Strong understanding of:
- Data Structures
- Algorithms
- Operating Systems
- Experience with Functional Reactive Programming
- Familiarity with:
- Git
- JIRA
- CI/CD tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in Android application development
