Job Opportunity: Senior Analyst – Onboarding (Gurgaon) 🌟
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join our HR team as a Senior Analyst – Onboarding. This role is critical in delivering a seamless employee experience, ensuring compliance with global standards, and driving process efficiency.
📍 Location: Gurgaon
🕒 Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end onboarding and background verification in line with global standards.
- Manage I-9 verification and ensure closure within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Deliver smooth onboarding experiences through timely communication with new hires and stakeholders.
- Support new hires by addressing queries and ensuring a positive employee journey.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows using HRIS/HRMS tools (PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion).
- Collaborate on process automation, digitalization, and simplification projects.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity by maintaining trackers and personnel files.
- Adhere to timelines and quality standards consistently.
💡 Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High accuracy in document verification and data entry.
- Ability to manage high-volume onboarding and BGV cases simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and deliver within defined TATs.
🎓 Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in onboarding, background verification, and I-9 verification.
- Experience working in fast-paced, global environments.
