Job Title: HR Analytics Senior Analyst Designation: Senior Analyst
Location: Bangalore, WTC 3
Job Summary:
The HR Analytics Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong foundation in data analytics, with a focus on sourcing, reporting, and visualizing HR metrics. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify trends and correlations within data, providing valuable inferences that support executive-level decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Source and compile HR data from various internal and external systems to ensure comprehensive analysis.
- Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards that effectively communicate HR metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive and engaging visual representations of HR data.
- Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that can inform HR strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to understand their analytical needs and provide tailored insights to support decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR processes and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to continuously improve analytical methodologies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the analytics process.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create impactful visual reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management practices.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning concepts as they apply to HR.
- Experience in conducting surveys and analyzing employee feedback data.
- Understanding of labor market trends and workforce analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in data analytics or HR analytics are a plus.
