Role Description
The Senior Analyst - Finance and US Accounting role is a full-time, remote position. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate journal entries, and conducting extensive financial reporting. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure the company adheres to financial compliance standards and implements best practices in accounting and finance processes. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will apply their strong analytical skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights to support key business decisions.
Requirements

- Hands-on experience in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Exposure to stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong ownership in handling deliverables and managing timelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Preferred experience range: 3–6 years
- Experience in: Financial reporting, Fund accounting, Operational finance, Reporting and control processes and Similar execution-oriented finance roles
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and performing Financial Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Finance principles and practices, complemented by proven Analytical Skills to evaluate data and inform decision-making.
- Expertise in Journal Entries (Accounting) and maintaining accurate financial records.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in US accounting standards and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial software tools, along with advanced Excel skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, CMA) are considered a plus.
