Job Title: Senior Analyst - Client Reporting
Function: Investment Operations

Overall Job Purpose
The Senior Analyst - Client Reporting is responsible for the end-to-end production and delivery of accurate, timely, and customized investment reports for institutional and retail clients across global markets. Acting as a key interface between the organization and its clients, the role ensures transparency, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. By leveraging financial expertise, data analytics, automation, and strong governance, the role contributes to continuous improvement and delivers strategic value across the reporting lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the preparation, review, and delivery of periodic and ad‑hoc client reports using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Tools in a Mac environment, ensuring high‑quality, print‑ready output aligned with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead reporting delivery for high‑value and strategic clients, coordinating closely with Client Service and Relationship Management teams.
- Provide periodic data to clients, ensuring alignment with SLAs and regulatory standards.
- Extract, validate, and consolidate data from portfolio, accounting, and market systems, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, and portfolio/accounting platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Bloomberg, FactSet) is an advantage.
- Act as a contact for internal stakeholders, addressing reporting inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Performance, and Technology to ensure seamless reporting delivery.
- Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and participation in reporting-related projects.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and maintain documentation of reporting procedures and client preferences.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), with advanced capability to deliver print‑ready, client‑facing reporting materials.
- Understanding of layout and typographical skills with an ability to create visual templates
- Understanding of financial products including equities, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies is a plus.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting tools, and portfolio/accounting systems (e.g., Aladdin, BB) is a plus
- Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving abilities in managing reporting deliverables.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills across global and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and client-focused, with a continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in client reporting, investment reporting, or similar roles within the asset management or financial services industry with prior exposure to design or visual production tools
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Certification in Design, Visual Communication, or Graphic Design, OR
- Bachelor/ Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications related to Projects/ Business Analysis/ VB or offered by CISI are an advantage
