Responsibilities
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Direct and synchronize security access reviews (UARs) across multiple Business Units to guarantee proper entitlement and observance of internal controls.
- Support management and collaborator reporting with periodic status dashboards, risk indicators, and audit support metrics.
- Analyze large datasets across multiple systems/applications to validate accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure data completeness.
- Provide end-to-end support for system access audits, including evidence preparation, issue resolution, and remediation tracking.
- Conduct data processing and validation tasks with careful attention to detail and strict control adherence.
- Conduct process deep dives to understand end-to-end workflows, identify control gaps, and assist in crafting preventive and detective controls.
- Understand the data flow between upstream and downstream systems, analyze root causes of issues, and articulate clear explanations to collaborators.
- Take ownership in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day operational issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Effectively manage multiple deliverables in parallel, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely closure of action items.
- Continuously learn, interpret, and apply regulatory and internal guidelines to ensure compliance with disclosure, reporting, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior Analyst or in a similar role within the finance or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to manage extensive datasets and intricate systems.
- Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to preserving flawless data integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to collaborators.
- Experience with security access reviews and adherence to internal controls.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work the night shift from 6.30pm to 3.30am.
Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate bachelor’s degree BCS, MCS, BCA, MCA, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or equivalent relevant experience.
4-6 years of experience
Shift Timing - 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM
