About The Position
Location: Bengaluru

The role is responsible for leading end-to-end claims and dispute management within the O2C cycle, ensuring timely resolution of complex and high-value cases. It focuses on driving operational excellence through strong governance, proactive issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment. The position acts as a key point of contact for escalations and plays a critical role in minimizing dispute volumes. It also drives process improvements through analytics, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with internal controls and supports financial close activities. Overall, it enhances efficiency, control, and customer experience in dispute management.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
Deep domain expertise: Strong experience in O2C Claims & Disputes with advanced SAP (FSCM, Dispute & Credit Management) knowledge.
Ownership & analytical capability: Ability to handle complex, high-value claims, perform advanced RCA, and drive long-term solutions.
Stakeholder influence: Proven ability to manage escalations and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
Continuous improvement mindset: Experience driving process optimization using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven insights.
