Position Overview:
We are seeking an analytically driven and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support our SWAT
team. In this role, you will collaborate with US Asset Manager and help them in managing
their deals by performing the financial statement analysis, tracking the loan documents from
the borrower, drafting the draws request, updating the data management spreadsheet by
referring to the loan documents and performing the in-dept analysis on the QAR activities.
Additionally, as a senior member of the team you will be working as a subject matter expert
and resolve the doubts of the team members and drive the quality of the team’s work.
Core Job Functions/Responsibilities
:- Able to interpret the loan documents and capture the information in a require
dformat. Good understanding of the loan agreement, deed of trust, guaranto
ragreement and promissory note

r- Interpret and analyze documentation to understand and extract key loan terms an
dmonitor covenants, triggers, events and milestones
.- Identify and capture the income and expenses line items as per the asset manage
rguidelines or based on the historical trend of the propert
y- Analyze Rent Roll data to calculate financial metrics (e.g. DY, DSCR, NOI
,occupancy)
.- Work closely with the asset manager and promptly reply on their email an

n- Communicate deal information and adhere to appropriate workflow
s- Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in initiatives identifying an

Qualifications/ Requirement
s:- Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate experience in a lending, servicing,
orasset management platform- Strong academic background: MBA or CFA level 1 preferr
ed- Effective communication (written and oral) skills with comfort communicating wi
thall levels of both internal and external teams. [Fluent English speaker
