- Advised clients across a broad range of investment transactions, including performing and non-performing loan portfolios, real estate investments, middle-market lending, and specialty financing opportunities.
- Owned end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring timely execution, high-quality deliverables, and successful transaction outcomes.
- Directed and supervised implementation teams throughout product implementation and post-implementation phases, ensuring seamless integration, operational efficiency, and high client satisfaction.
- Delivered client-specific analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting solutions, generating actionable insights to support informed investment decisions and improve portfolio performance.
- Served as the primary liaison between clients and development teams, acting as a Business Analyst for platform enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution while driving effective stakeholder communication.
- Functioned as an extension of client asset management teams by supporting financial due diligence, asset management reporting, post-acquisition performance analysis, and strategic business planning initiatives.
- Proactively identified, managed, and resolved stakeholder conflicts and operational challenges through mediation, negotiation, and consensus-building, ensuring alignment with project goals and successful delivery outcomes.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across client engagements.
Requirements
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification with specialization in Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline; B.E./B.Tech preferred.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, with a demonstrated ability to leverage technology to optimize financial processes and business outcomes.
- Sound understanding of financial and investment concepts, complemented by advanced proficiency in SQL (intermediate to advanced level) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex financial and technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive professional with the ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments while effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong passion for technology and innovation, supported by relevant industry experience; prior exposure to software development, IT, or product-oriented roles is highly advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Alternative Investments across asset classes including Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Middle-Market investments, particularly within the EMEA and US markets.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, bridge business and technology requirements, and contribute to strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
