Now we are looking for a
Senior Analyst -
HRDD Assurance Officer , you will be a part of our Global IT Team.
What You’ll Be Doing – Your Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous monitoring and review of applicable High-Risk Deal Desk (HRDD) transactions to ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders and approve or decline transactions based on compliance assessments.
- Review contracts, proposals, tenders, and supporting documentation to identify inconsistencies and potential risks, and recommend mitigation actions.
- Assess compliance with company policies and supplier requirements, identifying areas for improvement.
- Deliver trainings and awareness sessions to promote understanding of HRDD requirements across the organization.
- Engage with stakeholders on a daily basis to gather information necessary for analysis and decision-making.
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions to address identified issues and control gaps.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and well-organized records; prepare comprehensive reports on activities and findings.
- Participate in internal and external audits, liaise with auditors, and support document collection processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of HRDD reports.
- Support continuous improvement of the HRDD process.
- Identify transactions that were not subject to prior review using available analytical tools and data sources.
- Actively contribute to embedding ethics and compliance principles across the organization.
- Stakeholder management, with flexibility to support both India and APAC regions based on requirements.
Skills Required For The Role
- Proven experience as an Internal Auditor, Forensic Specialist, Compliance/Assurance professional, Due Diligence Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), with hands-on experience in Power BI and working with databases.
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and produce clear, structured, and actionable reports.
- Solid knowledge of auditing standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- High attention to detail combined with strong analytical thinking.
- Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business value drivers.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Practical experience with AI tools and process automation (e.g., data analysis automation, workflow optimization) is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and licensing policies is a strong advantage.
