Role Description
The Senior Analyst role at Esal Tech is a full-time, remote position based in India. Responsibilities include conducting detailed analysis of client requirements, supporting the implementation of eInvoicing solutions, monitoring compliance with tax and regulatory mandates, and generating insightful reports to drive operational efficiency. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with both internal teams and clients to ensure seamless integration of systems and provide support for audits and ongoing compliance measures.
- Analyze global e-invoicing regulations across various jurisdictions (e.g., clearance models, reporting models, PEPPOL frameworks).
- Assist in interpreting tax authority guidelines and technical documentation related to electronic invoicing and digital reporting requirements.
- Conduct impact assessments on client business processes, billing systems, and invoicing workflows.
- Review invoice samples, ERP outputs, and transaction datasets to identify data gaps.
- Support the preparation of project deliverables, including Impact Assessment Reports, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents, and data mapping templates.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather system and business requirements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- CA / CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance, tax policies, and eInvoicing processes.
- Experience with ERP system integration and enterprise-level implementation projects.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of cloud-based platforms and blockchain technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role or in the fields of technology, finance, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
