Job Description
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts such as Statement of Work (SOW) and amendments for various clients
- Liaising with the onshore team and senior management at eClerx
- Building a good rapport with various internal teams as the profile will involve liaising with teams such as revenue team, tax team, accounts team and legal team
- Good written and verbal communication as the profile would involve calls with Onsite team
- Maintaining and publishing excel reports and metrics
- Candidate must be well versed with MS Word and MS Excel
- Candidate must be open to changing requirements from the stakeholders
- Should have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Should be able to learn faster and involve in self-learning while on the job
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy and provides strong communication skills.
- Ability to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel including pivot tables / VLOOKUP
- Knowledge of audit controls and procedures.
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
- Should have Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
