Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Analyst for a full-time, on-site role at our Noida office. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business data, preparing insightful reports, and identifying trends to influence strategic decisions. This individual will be expected to use advanced analytics tools and techniques to derive actionable insights to help optimize operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Experience in market research and understanding consumer behavior to identify business trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data findings into clear, concise reports
- Knowledge of business operations and performance metrics; familiarity with e-commerce is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in a relevant field, ideally in a mid-to-senior analytics role
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively across teams
