Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Analyst having prior investment banking, private equity/venture capital, asset management, or strategy consulting experience. Additional qualifications such as CFA, or CAIA would be valuable.
We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgement, and an ability to work independently and remotely with their own initiative. We offer first-hand insights into the global venture capital and private equity industry and a behind the scenes glimpse of the nuts and bolts of fundraising and due diligence project management.

About the role:
As a Senior Analyst, you would be reporting day-to-day to a Senior Associate or an Associate and will also be working on projects directly with our CEO in due course. You will be working with the engagement team to support our clients across a broad range of areas, such as fundraising project management (including analytical tasks such as financial modelling, research and putting together pitch decks and investment memorandums), expansion into new products and strategies (including market and competitive landscape analysis, cost benefit analysis, developing business plans), and building private markets investment programmes (including building sourcing channels, conducting due diligence, and project management). In addition, you will be working on our business development initiatives, which includes identifying potential clients and conducting appropriate research on their business needs, arrange business meetings with them, and support the search for new suitable business partners.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity, placement advisory, or similar, with no intention of pursuing masters/MBA in the future;
- Have strong research and analytical skills;
- Have excellent Excel and modelling abilities;
- Have strong PowerPoint, presentation and design skills;
- Have the ability to work successfully in multicultural teams and across borders;
- Have the ability to turn your work into actionable insights;
- Have high attention to detail, but also the perspective to see the big picture;
- Have high organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Be self-motivated, show initiative and ability to work on your own, with guidance. Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to get things done;
- Have an appetite for a steep learning curve and a desire to succeed in a commercial environment, and put in the hours when the projects demand;
- Be a team player with a positive attitude; be willing to work with the team to build a global brand; and
- Have strong client service orientation with an openness to feedback and new ideas.
