- Provide guidance and support across various investment transactions, including performing/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
- Take accountability for end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality execution of investment transactions.
- Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team throughout product implementation and post‑implementation cycles, ensuring smooth integration and strong client satisfaction.
- Address client‑specific needs by conducting ad‑hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting, leveraging insights to enhance client outcomes.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for platform features, client changes, and issue resolution, enabling effective communication and faster turnaround.
- Act as an extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post‑deal analysis, and business planning, delivering value‑added insights and solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential conflicts within the team or among multiple stakeholders using mediation, negotiation, and consensus‑building strategies to maintain alignment with project objectives.
Requirements
- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree with specialization in Finance, IT, or related fields; B.E./B.Tech is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in engineering technology‑driven solutions with strong ability to leverage technology to improve financial processes.
- Solid understanding of key financial concepts with advanced proficiency in Excel, Macros, and SQL (intermediate to advanced level required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong logical thought process, capable of analyzing large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data effectively.
- Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and excel in a fast-paced environment, showing adaptability and resilience under pressure.
- Strong interest in technology with relevant work experience; prior exposure to development or IT roles is a significant advantage.
- Preferred knowledge of Alternative Investments across asset classes such as asset‑based lending, commercial real estate, and middle‑market lending for EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) and the US.
