Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be hands-on in the design and development of robust solutions to complex problems.
- Support product delivery partners in the successful build, test, and release of solutions.
- Work with the latest tools and open-source technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand the business and application architecture end-to-end.
- Craft software solutions using maintainable and modular code.
- Participate in daily standup meetings to provide updates on the current backlog and challenges.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure code quality and deliverables.
- Provide impact analysis for new requirements or changes.
- Communicate technical work in business value terminology.
- Mentor team members by reviewing their work and sharing technical knowledge.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions for efficient application programming.
- Document, test, implement, and provide ongoing support for applications.
- Leverage AI tools such as Co-Pilot to enhance productivity.
- Foster and improve organizational culture.
Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in Java development with experience using frameworks such as Spring.
- Hands-on experience working with application servers such as Tomcat.
- Good understanding of web technologies including JSP and enterprise application development.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and modern development practices.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and writing modular, maintainable code.
- Experience in code reviews, debugging, and application performance optimization.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within Agile teams and participate in sprint ceremonies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Good communication skills to translate technical work into business value.
Education: Any Graduation, Any Post Graduation in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
