A Fortune 500 global giant to hire an experienced Senior Analyst – Workforce Management (WFM) Reporting for its operations hub in Pune.
This role is ideal for WFM professionals from international BPO environments who bring strong analytical capability in forecasting and capacity planning and are ready to take on a high-impact position supporting large-scale global operations.
🔹 Role Overview
The Senior Analyst will own and deliver end-to-end forecasting, capacity planning, and performance reporting, working closely with operations leadership to ensure optimal staffing, productivity, and service delivery.
🔹 Key Requirements
✔️ 4+ years of WFM experience in an International BPO
✔️ Mandatory hands-on experience in end-to-end forecasting
✔️ Strong expertise in capacity planning
✔️ Advanced Excel and reporting skills
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
✔️ Willingness to work US shifts and 100% work from office
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage volume forecasts and staffing models
• Drive short-term and long-term capacity planning
• Deliver WFM dashboards and insights for leadership
• Partner with operations teams to optimize productivity
• Analyze trends, seasonality, and demand drivers
• Support SLA adherence and workforce efficiency initiatives
