Responsibilities :-
- Own the end-to-end client release lifecycle, from planning through to production deployment and post-
- Serve as the primary release contact for fintech clients and sponsor bank stakeholders
- Communicate release scope, timelines, risks, and impacts clearly to external parties
- Align release schedules with client business events and bank approval windows
- Manage stakeholder expectations around change impacts and dependencies
- Own the external release calendar and coordinate cross-functional readiness
- Validate that deployment plans, rollback procedures, and impact assessments are complete
- Lead go / no-go decision processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee production cutovers and ensure structured post-release validation
Requirement :-
- 5-8 years in a banking / Fintech domain handling client implementation, or client release.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be speaking with clients often.
- Experience in handling release automation and management will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of digital financial services and banking landscape
- Experience in financial Product
- Experience in a DevOps / SRE and deployment
