Location: (on-site) Bangalore (Candidates based in Bangalore or open to relocation)
Shift: US Shift (6:00 PM – 2:45 AM / 9:00 PM – 5:45 AM)
Work Experience : 4+ years
Compensation: Up to ₹10.5 LPA
About The Role
We are hiring experienced professionals for a
Senior Analyst – Benefits Support (Voice Process) role within the healthcare insurance domain. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in employee benefits or customer support processes, particularly in international voice environments.
The role involves supporting customers and stakeholders through voice interactions while managing benefits-related queries and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions related to healthcare insurance and employee benefits
- Resolve queries with accuracy and empathy in a voice-based support environment
- Work on benefits administration processes, including data handling and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and maintain service quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, employee benefits, or customer care (voice process preferred)
- Strong experience in voice-based support roles (international process exposure is an advantage)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Candidates should be available to join immediately or within 30 days
- Willingness to work in US shift timings
- Open to candidates based in Bangalore or willing to relocate
Preferred Profile
- Experience in employee benefits administration or healthcare insurance processes
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
- Ability to manage both customer interaction and backend data efficiently
