Role Overview

The Senior Analyst – Advisory plays a key role in supporting strategic consulting engagements focused on global sourcing, outsourcing strategy, and GCC development.

You will work closely with Aokah’s advisory leaders and clients to deliver high-quality analytical insights, financial models, sourcing evaluations, and strategic recommendations that enable enterprises to make informed decisions about their global operating models.


This role requires strong analytical thinking, financial modeling expertise, consulting communication skills, and structured problem solving. You will contribute across the entire sourcing lifecycle, supporting initiatives such as sourcing strategy development, vendor evaluation, financial modeling, and outsourcing governance.


You will also collaborate with global clients, advisors, and internal teams to translate complex analyses into clear and actionable insights for senior decision-makers.


What You’ll Do


1. Advisory Engagement Delivery:

  • Contribute to preparation of materials for client governance forums, steering committee meetings, and program updates.
  • Support Advisory Engagement Leads in the delivery of end-to-end client advisory engagements, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and timelines
  • Develop structured deliverables using Aokah’s advisory frameworks, methodologies, and analytical tools, ensuring quality and consistency across engagements.
  • Assist engagement leadership in developing structured recommendations and client-ready advisory outputs.
  • Support engagement monitoring by tracking milestones, deliverables, and key risks


2. Financial Analysis and Business Case Development

  • Develop financial models and sourcing business cases to support client decision-making.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis including NPV, DCF, cost benchmarking, sensitivity analysis, and cost trend modeling.
  • Evaluate sourcing scenarios and support clients in assessing the economic impact of outsourcing.
  • Support clients in assessing investment and operational trade-offs in global sourcing decisions.


3. Global Sourcing and Location Strategy –

  • Analyze and evaluate global service delivery locations based on factors such as talent availability, cost structures, risk exposure, and scalability.
  • Provide analytical insights to help clients determine the optimal global delivery model & operating structures.


4. Vendor Evaluation and Sourcing Support

  • Support the development of RFI, RFP, and RFQ documentation for outsourcing initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating vendor proposals, including technical capabilities, financial structures, and delivery models.
  • Conduct comparative analysis of vendor responses to support informed sourcing decisions.
  • Support evaluation frameworks for vendor scoring and capability assessment.


5. Risk Assessment and Governance Support

  • Identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks associated with outsourcing initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing governance materials, steering committee presentations, and engagement updates
  • Track project milestones and ensure alignment with engagement timelines and deliverables.
  • Evaluate risk exposure across delivery models, locations, and vendor capabilities.


6. Contract and Commercial Support

  • Support the preparation and analysis of outsourcing contracts and commercial structures.
  • Assist advisory leaders in preparing negotiation materials and vendor comparison analyses.


7. Client Communication and Deliverables

  • Develop high-impact presentations and client-ready materials that communicate complex analyses in a clear and structured manner.
  • Participate in client discussions and internal advisory reviews to support engagement progress.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Aokah’s consulting quality and presentation standards.

Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field
  2. 3–6 years of experience in Management consulting, Outsourcing advisory, ITO, BPO , Procurement or shared services consulting, Global delivery strategy or GCC advisory
  3. Experience supporting outsourcing evaluations, vendor selection, or sourcing strategy initiatives is highly desirable.
  4. Analytical and Technical Skills - Strong analytical capabilities with experience in:
  5. Financial modelling and scenario analysis
  6. Cost benchmarking and sourcing economics
  7. Data analysis and structured problem solving
  8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  9. Communication, Consulting Skills and Comfortable working in cross-cultural and globally distributed teams.
