✔️ Responsibilities:

-Design and support analog blocks for DDR/LPDDR PHY(such as DDR3/DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR4/LPDDR4x/LPDDR5/LPDDR5x)

-Collaborate with layout and digital teams for performance optimization.

-Support post-silicon validation and debugging

-Guide junior designers and lead key analog blocks

✔️ Requirement/skills:

-BSEE/MSEE + 8+ yrs analog design experience.

-Expertise in high-speed I/Os (Tx/Rx), DDR/LPDDR preferred.

-Experience with analog blocks (bandgap, regulators, and reference circuits) and design of equalization circuits (FFE, CTLE, DFE)

-Familiar with DDR protocols and PCB/package effects
