Job details:
Bengaluru | Full-time | ₹15–22 LPA
We are a large UK Amazon seller building internal tools to improve how we identify growth opportunities, performance issues and commercial decisions across a large catalogue.
We are looking for an experienced Amazon professional to work closely with the business owner and our development team in Bengaluru.
This is not a pure PPC role and it is not a software/data-science role.
We need someone who genuinely understands Amazon marketplace data, advertising and commercial performance, and knows how different data points can be combined to make better decisions.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of meaningful Amazon marketplace experience
- Strong Amazon Seller Central knowledge
- Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising
- Experience with Brand Analytics and Search Query Performance
- Good understanding of organic ranking, traffic, conversion, pricing, inventory and profitability
- Experience analysing large catalogues or multiple Amazon accounts
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking
- Ability to turn findings into clear logic and recommendations
- Confidence challenging assumptions and proposing new ideas
- Experience with Helium 10 and/or Data Dive is highly desirable
- Understanding of Amazon reports and available marketplace data is highly desirable
The role
You will help us understand what our Amazon data is telling us, identify opportunities and problems across the business, and work with our developers to turn that knowledge into scalable internal tools.
You will also help shape what we build next.
We are not looking for someone who simply produces reports or manages campaigns. We want someone who can understand why something is happening, what other data should be considered, and how that thinking can be applied across a large catalogue.
This role may not be suitable if
- Your experience is mainly PPC campaign management
- Your Amazon experience is mainly listing uploads, cases and account administration
- Your main strength is SQL, Python, BI or dashboards rather than Amazon marketplace knowledge
- You rely heavily on fixed benchmarks without considering product, category, lifecycle or commercial context
How to apply
Please do not send a long cover letter.
Alongside your CV, answer the following:
- How many years of hands-on Amazon experience do you have?
- Roughly how many ASINs or Amazon accounts have you worked across?
- Which marketplaces have you worked on?
- Which of these have you used: SQP, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Data Dive?
- What is your current location and notice period?
- Shortlisted applicants will complete a live Amazon problem-solving discussion as part of the interview.
