About the Role
We are hiring experienced Senior Amazon Ads Manager to join Pare — a curated pool of elite advertising specialists trusted by top-tier partner brands and agencies across the globe.
Once you pass our multi-step vetting process, our clients can directly book interviews or make offers, and we handle all placement paperwork and payroll.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, SBV, DSP)
- Conduct troubleshooting audits and bid strategy fixes
- Work with basic product upload workflows (images, content sync)
- Monitor performance KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR
- Communicate with clients asynchronously or on weekly calls
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising
- Strong command of Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and campaign analytics
- Good working knowledge of basic catalog operations
- Confidence using bulk sheets and campaign manager dashboards
- Fast internet and stable WiFi connection
- Good-quality webcam and microphone (all interviews are recorded)
- Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
