Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Senior Amazon Account Manager. The role is primarily focused on end-to-end ownership of Amazon seller accounts, driving overall business growth, and ensuring high standards of account performance and client satisfaction.
The Senior Amazon Account Manager will be responsible for managing account strategy, catalog performance, inventory planning, pricing decisions, and operational excellence across assigned brands. The individual will work closely with internal teams, including the PPC department, to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistent growth in sales and profitability.
While the role does not require hands-on execution of PPC campaigns, the candidate must have a strong understanding of Amazon advertising to guide strategy, evaluate performance, and collaborate effectively with the PPC team.
Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, improving conversion rates, managing account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, and handling complex operational or listing-related issues. The role also involves regular client communication, reporting, and strategic planning to scale accounts across marketplaces.
The ideal candidate is highly ownership-driven, analytical, and capable of independently managing multiple high-value accounts while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Amazon marketplace, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and product listing optimization
- Proficiency in analyzing data, performance metrics, and generating actionable insights to improve sales
- Skills in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and creating effective marketing strategies
- Knowledge of brand protection strategies and maintaining account compliance with Amazon policies
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in Ecommerce and familiarity with cross-border marketplaces is an added advantage
