About the job

路 3.5 to 5 years (Strictly)
馃敼Key Requirement Overview:
路 The platform must be completely self-hosted
路 No OpenAI or third-party AI API usage allowed
路 No recurring SaaS/API costs for core functionalities
路 Developers must build and deploy AI capabilities in-house
Role: Design and build the reasoning engine and AI agents.
馃敼Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage self-hosted LLMs (Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, etc.)
- Implement reasoning pipelines and agent frameworks
- Build multi-agent orchestration systems
- Integrate tool usage (CRM, email, calendar APIs)
- Optimize inference performance and GPU usage
- Implement prompt engineering and guardrails
- Benchmark models using MMLU, HumanEval, etc.
馃敼Required Skills:
- Python
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Pinecone)
- Prompt engineering
- GPU inference optimization
- Speech AI frameworks
- Models like Whisper, Coqui TTS, XTTS, Bark
- Audio signal processing
- Real-time streaming systems
- Three.js
- WebRTC
- Computer vision
- Face animation models
- GPU rendering
- Experience or working knowledge in AI image generation technologies (such as Stable Diffusion, DreamBooth, LoRA, or similar tools).
- Experience in AI video generation or AI-based video processing pipelines.

Candidates must have practical experience in self-hosted AI systems. Profiles primarily dependent on OpenAI or other external APIs should not be considered.
