🚀 Hiring: Senior AI Voice & Agents Engineer (LLM Specialist)
📍 Delhi, India 🇮🇳

At Infolabs Global, we are building next-generation proprietary AI voice agents — and we’re looking for engineers who can build the intelligence behind the system, not just integrate APIs.
If you have deep expertise in LLM training, conversational AI, and real-time voice systems, this role is for you.
🎙️ What You’ll Work On
• Fine-tuning and training LLMs for conversational flow, reasoning, and low-latency responses
• Scaling real-time AI voice agents using LiveKit & WebRTC
• Optimizing proprietary STT and TTS pipelines
• Building advanced agentic workflows with memory, tool-calling, and autonomous multi-agent systems
• Deploying production-grade AI systems with high reliability and performance
🛠️ Requirements
• Must be available to join immediately (maximum 15-day notice period)
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong focus on LLM training & fine-tuning
• Deep expertise with open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, and Qwen
• Hands-on experience with LoRA, QLoRA, and modern fine-tuning techniques
• Experience with real-time audio streaming systems and voice infrastructure
• Strong understanding of scalable AI deployment pipelines
