We’re looking for a hands-on AI leader to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI systems across multiple client engagements. This role combines deep technical expertise with delivery leadership and client-facing ownership.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Lead AI solution architecture across RAG, multi-agent systems, fine-tuned SLMs, classical ML, and hybrid workflows
• Drive evaluation frameworks including golden datasets, adversarial testing, regression harnesses, and HITL review cycles
• Mentor engineering pods and improve delivery maturity
• Own technical governance, production readiness, and solution quality
• Partner directly with clients in solution reviews and technical discussions
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 8+ years in engineering with 3+ years leading AI/ML delivery teams
• Strong expertise in RAG, agents, tool-use design, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI evaluation
• Experience deploying production AI systems on cloud/container ecosystems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
