About The Role
We are building a next-generation AI-powered enterprise automation platform focused on intelligent workflows, operational automation, predictive analytics, and real-time communication systems.
This is NOT a simple CRUD SaaS application.
We are building a large-scale interconnected platform where:
- multiple operational systems communicate with each other,
- AI assists workflows intelligently,
- automation reduces manual operations,
- Security and scalability are foundational requirements.
We are looking for high-level engineers and system thinkers who can help architect and build scalable AI-assisted systems with enterprise-grade backend architecture, automation pipelines, integrations, and secure infrastructure.

The architecture must ensure:
- AI outputs are validated
- business rules are enforced
- sensitive operations are protected
- all actions are auditable and traceable
This is a controlled AI architecture, not uncontrolled autonomous AI.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Systems & Workflow Automation
- Integrate external AI services (LLMs and ML platforms)
- Build AI-assisted workflows for:
- communication automation
- intelligent recommendations
- predictive analytics
- operational insights
- workflow optimization
- Design AI orchestration pipelines with:
- response validation
- prompt pipelines
- AI safety middleware
- audit logging
- Build AI gateway layers to securely manage external AI interactions
- Ensure AI systems remain rule-controlled and suggestion-based
Backend Architecture & Platform Engineering
- Develop scalable backend systems using:
- Node.js / Express.js
- Python (preferred for AI services)
- Design modular and maintainable architecture
- Build event-driven systems using queues/triggers
- Create reusable APIs and workflow services
- Develop scalable multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure
- Build centralized orchestration systems for automation workflows
Workflow & System Integration
The platform contains deeply connected operational systems that must work together seamlessly.
Responsibilities include:
- designing cross-system workflows,
- managing event-driven communication,
- handling automation triggers,
- and ensuring centralized business logic remains maintainable and scalable.
The platform requires:
- real-time updates,
- automation pipelines,
- asynchronous processing,
- notification systems,
- reporting systems,
- analytics pipelines,
- and operational intelligence.
Security, Compliance & Data Governance (CRITICAL)
Security-first engineering is mandatory.
Responsibilities include:
- Implement AES-256 encryption standards
- Design secure API gateway architecture
- Build anonymization and masking pipelines
- Prevent sensitive data exposure to external AI systems
- Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
- Maintain audit logs and traceability
- Build validation layers before execution
- Ensure secure multi-tenant isolation
- Design monitoring and anomaly detection systems
Important:
External AI systems must NEVER receive:

Predictive Intelligence & Analytics
Build systems for:
- forecasting
