Role Overview
We are building a high-calibre AI team and are looking for an exceptionally driven AI Scientist who thrives at the intersection of deep research, complex problem-solving, and large-scale model innovation.
This role is ideal for IIT and Tier-1 graduates who want to work on foundation models, multimodal systems, applied research, and production-grade AI solutions.
You will be contributing to experiments, creating breakthrough prototypes, and working on systems that challenge conventional boundaries.
What You Will Work On
1. Cutting-Edge AI Research
- Explore and experiment with state-of-the-art architectures in LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, multimodal models, and reinforcement learning.
- Reproduce top research papers and push them further with your own hypotheses and experiments.
- Collaborate on building internal research notes, benchmarks, and reproducible pipelines.
2. Model Development & Optimization
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize deep learning models with PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX.
- Work on tokenization strategies, data augmentation, loss-function optimization, and scaling laws.
- Design high-performance training loops using GPUs/TPUs.
3. Applied AI & Productization
- Convert research ideas into deployable, high-impact models.
- Build robust ML pipelines that handle large datasets—text, images, structured, or multimodal.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI models into live systems.
4. Experimentation & Benchmarking
- Develop experiments using scientific methods and statistical evaluation.
- Benchmark models across accuracy, latency, memory, robustness, and real-world constraints.
- Conduct ablation studies and present learnings with clarity and technical depth.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech from IITs or Tier-1 institutions
Preferred (Highly Desirable)
- Prior work with LLMs, diffusion, GANs, or transformer models.
- Research internships, projects, or published papers (conference/journal) in AI/ML.
- Experience with GPU acceleration, CUDA, Ray, or distributed training.
- Contributions to open-source ML frameworks.
- Experience with AWS/GCP/Azure ML environments.
