🛠️ What you'll do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for an AI-powered research agent used by researchers globally
- Build and scale intelligent agentic systems that assist users across complex research workflows
- Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, growth, and data teams to deliver agent-first experiences
- Drive prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and continuous optimization of AI systems
- Translate ambiguous user needs into structured product requirements and scalable solutions
- Define and track key product and system metrics including accuracy, completion rates, latency, and user trust
- Work with engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and technical decision-making
- Convert product requirements into prototypes and guide products from concept to launch
- Lead experimentation, user research, and feedback loops to continuously improve the product
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and proactively remove communication bottlenecks

🙌 You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 4+ years of experience in software engineering, technical leadership, product management, or related roles
- Possess strong technical depth and hands-on software engineering experience
- Have a strong understanding of LLMs, agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and modern AI architectures
- Have experience with prompt engineering, AI evaluations, and model optimization techniques
- Have worked with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks
- Can comfortably work with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritize product requirements
- Have experience leading products from concept, wireframes, MVP, and production launch
- Are highly analytical and comfortable working with product and system-level metrics
- Enjoy solving ambiguous problems and driving execution independently
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Have experience building AI-native or agentic products at scale
- Have worked on research, knowledge management, or productivity platforms
- Have experience evaluating and optimizing LLM-based workflows
- Have a strong understanding of user behavior, experimentation, and growth loops
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
