Job Overview
- We are seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI solutions. The role involves working across LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and MLOps while collaborating with business teams to deliver high-impact AI use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs and GenAI models
- Build RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agents
- Develop end-to-end GenAI solutions (POC production)
- Translate business needs into AI-driven use cases and architectures
- Build and manage data pipelines for model training and inference
- Deploy solutions using cloud platforms and MLOps practices
- Implement guardrails, safety, and hallucination mitigation
- Monitor performance, cost, latency, and model drift
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5 9 years in AI / ML / Data Science, with GenAI exposure
- Strong experience with LLMs, transformers, embeddings
- Hands-on with RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents
- Proficiency in Python + GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search
- Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps
