Company Description
Orcred is a technical verification platform for AI/ML engineers in India. Candidates submit a project, record a walkthrough, and complete a live 45-minute Socratic review with a senior engineer who has already read their code. Scored across four dimensions — Technical Depth, Communication, Problem Solving, Reproducibility. Those who pass receive a verifiable credential. Those who don't receive written feedback per dimension.
Role Description
This is a part-time, remote founding reviewer role. You conduct live 45-minute technical review sessions with AI/ML candidates who have submitted projects for verification. Before each session you receive the candidate's project and a walkthrough video they record. During the session you probe whether they genuinely understand what they built — every architectural decision, every tradeoff, every design choice. After the session you submit a scored assessment with written feedback.

Who We're Looking For
5+ years production AI/ML engineering experience
Active or recent role at a startup, scaleup, or as an independent
Ability to assess genuine technical understanding vs surface-level familiarity under live questioning
