We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Platform Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered services, LLM-driven workflows, and intelligent systems powering Reachwareโs next-generation platform. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, applied AI, and workflow orchestration.

๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐๐ฌ & ๐๐๐๐ฌ:
โฃ Design and develop AI-powered services using Python and FastAPI
โฃ Build APIs for AI capabilities such as classification, summarization, enrichment, and document processing
โฃ Implement multi-tenant AI endpoints with governance, quotas, and policy controls
๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐:
โฃ Design and integrate LLM workflows within event-driven and Temporal-based systems
โฃ Develop prompt engineering strategies and tool usage patterns for reliable AI outputs
โฃ Implement human-in-the-loop systems, retries, safeguards, and failure handling
๐๐ฆ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ, ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ & ๐๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฑ๐ญ:
โฃ Build embedding pipelines and retrieval systems for intelligent search and context-aware AI
โฃ Work with vector databases and systems like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
โฃ Ensure safe context handling, relevance tuning, and tenant isolation
๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ:
โฃ Design evaluation frameworks for AI quality, latency, cost, and reliability
โฃ Implement logging, tracing, and monitoring for AI services
โฃ Continuously monitor and improve model performance, prompt quality, and system behavior
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ:
โฃ Collaborate with platform, integration, and product teams to embed AI into workflows
โฃ Contribute to AI engineering standards, governance, and best practices
โฃ Mentor engineers and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the platform
๐ง ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ-๐๐๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ
โฃ 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2โ3+ years in AI/ML/LLM systems
โฃ Strong experience in Python and FastAPI (or similar frameworks)
โฃ Hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
โฃ Experience with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation
โฃ Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and backend architecture
โฃ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
โฃ Strong understanding of observability, evaluation, and AI system reliability
โฃ Strong problem-solving and system design skills
