🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior AI/ML Engineer
📍 Location: Pune

Team is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior AI/ML Engineer to drive the development of enterprise-grade AI solutions, advanced RAG systems, and deep learning applications.
🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✔ Artificial Intelligence
✔ Machine Learning
✔ Enterprise RAG Systems
✔ LangChain & LangGraph
✔ Vector Databases
✔ PyTorch / TensorFlow
✔ XGBoost
✔ LSTM & Deep Learning Architectures
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and build scalable Enterprise RAG systems
• Design and deploy ML models for real-world business challenges
• Develop and optimize XGBoost models for structured data
• Build deep learning pipelines using LSTM, RNNs, and attention mechanisms
• Train and deploy models using PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Design advanced LangChain & LangGraph workflows including multi-agent systems
• Architect Vector Database solutions with hybrid search and scaling strategies
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the team
🔹 Required Expertise:
✔ Strong ML fundamentals and production ML experience
✔ Semantic search, re-ranking, hallucination mitigation, and evaluation techniques
✔ ANN algorithms (HNSW, IVF) and Vector DB optimization
✔ Model deployment, monitoring, and drift detection
✔ Advanced AI workflow orchestration and agent design
🔹 Nice to Have:
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases)
• Knowledge of Transformer architectures
• Exposure to Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
