We are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML and GenAI professional to join our Product Development team and drive the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about Agentic AI, Generative AI, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise-scale product engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary product engineering team
- Experiment rapidly to define, build, validate, and iterate AI-driven solutions in an agile environment
- Design and develop cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI applications
- Build scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise-grade platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and consulting stakeholders
- Develop and integrate AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI workflows
- Contribute to software architecture decisions for both traditional and AI-native applications
- Deploy and manage applications in containerized and cloud environments
Required Skills & Experience Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product Development
- Strong background in AI/ML technologies and enterprise software development
- Experience working in high-performance/product-based/premier technology environments
- Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills
Education
- BE/BTech/MTech/MS or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Candidates from premier institutes preferred
Technical Skills Programming Languages (Any 2 Mandatory)
GenAI / Agentic AI Frameworks
Hands-on Experience With
- LangChain
- CrewAI
- MCP
- A2A
- GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot
- AgentSpace or similar commercial Agentic AI platforms
AI/ML Expertise
Generative AI experience is mandatory, along with expertise in any 2 of:
- Deep Learning
- NLP
- TensorFlow
- PyTorch
- Scikit-learn
Software Architecture
- Strong understanding of software architectural patterns
- Experience designing traditional and AI-native application architectures
Cloud & Enterprise Platforms (Any 2–3)
- AWS
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- ServiceNow
- Salesforce
DevOps & Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
- Bash/Shell scripting in Linux/Unix environments
- Containerized deployment and orchestration experience
