Senior AI Generalist (Tech & Content) | House of EdTech
📍 Bengaluru | Hybrid
💼 Full-Time | 2–4 Years Experience
At House of EdTech, we are building AI-first learning experiences at massive scale.
We are looking for high-potential candidates from top IITs (or equivalent top-tier talent) who thrive at the intersection of technology, content, product thinking, and communication.
This is not a traditional engineering or content role.
You will work directly with founders to build scalable AI-driven education products, create high-impact learning content, and become a key voice in shaping learning experiences for millions of users.
What You’ll DoBuild AI-Powered Learning Systems
- Design AI-first learning modules, workflows, and educational toolkits
- Simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, actionable frameworks
- Create scripts, demos, case studies, and live learning experiences
- Use AI tools and automation systems to scale content production
Teach & Engage Large Audiences
- Deliver sessions for large online cohorts (10,000+ learners)
- Build strong audience engagement and camera presence
- Explain concepts with clarity, energy, and structured storytelling
Create Video-First Educational Content
- Develop a relatable and engaging on-camera persona
- Create high-quality live and recorded educational content
- Continuously improve communication, storytelling, and delivery style
Collaborate Across Product, Growth & Content
- Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams
- Build content that drives engagement, retention, and revenue
- Contribute to experiments, user journeys, and learning outcomes
What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves
- Graduate from a top IIT or equivalent demonstrated ability
- 2–4 years of experience in startups, tech, product, teaching, or content-driven roles
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and productivity systems
- Comfortable teaching and engaging large audiences
- Strong on-camera confidence and presence
Good to Have
- Experience conducting webinars or cohort-based learning programs
- Experience creating educational video content
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, automation stacks, etc.
- Product/startup experience
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
