We are looking for a highly skilled AI Full Stack Developer who can independently design, develop, and deliver production-ready applications using modern AI-assisted development workflows.
This is not a traditional full-stack developer role. We need someone who has a strong command of AI development tools—especially Claude—and knows how to leverage AI to accelerate development while maintaining high-quality, production-ready code.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of projects from planning to deployment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build robust backend services using Node.js.
- Develop modern, responsive frontends using Next.js.
- Design and optimize databases using MySQL and MongoDB.
- Utilize Claude and other AI coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, documentation, debugging, and architecture.
- Translate business requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
- Build REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform testing, debugging, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and AI teams when required.
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver them independently.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Node.js
- Strong expertise in Next.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with MySQL
- Experience with MongoDB
- REST API development and integration
- Git/GitHub workflow
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth)
- API optimization and security best practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
AI SKILLS (MANDATORY)
Candidates must have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with Claude
- Experience using AI for coding, debugging, architecture, refactoring, documentation, and project planning
- Ability to write effective prompts that produce reliable engineering output
- Understanding of AI-assisted software development workflows
- Ability to validate and review AI-generated code before production deployment
