About the job
JMM INNOVATIONS is hiring a hands-on Senior AI Engineer & Technical Lead to build AI-powered products, own system architecture, and lead technical delivery across development teams, partners, and support.
What you'll do:
• Design, build, and ship features across the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases)
• Build AI solutions on LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic): agents, RAG, MCP servers, prompt engineering, evaluation
• Own system architecture — scalability, security, integrations, documentation
• Manage technology partners and vendors; oversee external dev teams and deliverables
• Lead internal developers: code reviews, sprint planning, mentoring
• Run technical support: ticket triage, escalations, root-cause analysis, SLA compliance
What you'll bring:
• 5+ years software development; 2+ years building with AI/LLM platforms
• Hands-on MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI APIs, agentic workflows
• Strong TypeScript and/or Python; React, Node, PostgreSQL
• Proven system architecture experience (multi-tenant SaaS a plus)
• Track record managing tech partners and dev teams
• Experience leading support against defined SLAs
• Professional English; Arabic a plus
