Designation : Senior AI Engineer
Location : Cochin(First Priority)/Bangalore
Experience : 7 - 10 yrs
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize NLP, Generative AI, LLM-based, and predictive analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven outcomes.
- Communicate technical solutions, architecture decisions, and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in client discussions, requirement workshops, demos, and solution presentations.
- Develop APIs, AI pipelines, and cloud-native AI applications using modern frameworks and tools.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making and innovation initiatives.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and modern backend technologies.
- Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architecture, or conversational AI systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with vector databases, AI orchestration frameworks, and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of data processing, model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Communication & Collaboration Expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to confidently interact with clients, leadership teams, and global stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and requirement-gathering capabilities.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a simple and business-oriented manner.
