Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior AI / GenAI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Agentic AI, RAG, and LLM integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building production-grade AI applications, multi-agent systems, and scalable backend services for enterprise use cases.
Mandatory Skills
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI preferred)
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Agno (or similar agent frameworks)
- Experience in Agentic AI development (tool-based and multi-agent workflows)
- Strong understanding of RAG concepts – chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and vector databases
- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.
- Good understanding of API development, async processing, and system design
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, pgvector
- Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions, not just POCs
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and reasoning
- Implement tool-based agents and orchestration workflows
- Build scalable FastAPI/Python backend APIs for AI systems
- Integrate LLMs with internal systems, APIs, and data sources
- Improve accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency of AI solutions
- Implement guardrails, validation, monitoring, and error handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI platforms
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP
- Docker & deployment experience
- Exposure to LLMOps / AI platform engineering
