About Skedara
Skedara builds and supports trading and risk management (ETRM) systems for energy companies in Europe. We work inside platforms used by Fortune 500 clients to trade power, gas, and commodities.
We are building AI applications inside these client environments — automating operational work, surfacing intelligence, reducing the load on trading operations teams. We need a Senior AI Engineer to build these applications.
What You'll Do
• Build AI applications end-to-end — design, code, deploy, run in production
• Work on multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, document and workflow automation, enterprise integrations using MCP and other modern AI integrations
• Make AI applications production-ready — cost, security, accuracy, reliability, risk guardrails
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions across the AI team
• Support less experienced engineers through pairing and code reviews
What You Should Have
• 7-10 years of software engineering experience
• 2-3 years building AI/LLM applications, with at least one shipped to production
• Hands-on experience with Python, RAG pipelines, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
• Experience with at least one major cloud (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Working knowledge of cost, security, and accuracy concerns in production AI
