We are looking for an expert Senior Developer or Lead Engineer to join us as a core contributor. You will report directly to and work in tandem with our Product Lead. In this role, the Product Lead will design the core systems and architectural requirements, and you will be responsible for the technical implementation and execution. This is a high-collaboration environment where you will turn complex system designs into production-ready code that drives our MVP to market launch.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of technical implementation based on system designs provided by the Product Lead.
- Architect and maintain the bridge between our React frontend and Python AI services.
- Ensure high code quality and maintainability across a full-stack environment.
- Collaborate synchronously during core overlap hours to iterate on game logic and AI behaviours.
Requirements
- 3+ years of AI and backend engineering experience.
- Proven ability to work closely with Product/Design leads to implement complex specifications.
- Strong proficiency in both TypeScript and Python.
- Experience creating Virtual Bots with the best performances from development to production (0 to 1).
- Experience with STT (Google and Whisper) and TTS (Google, Eleven Labs) models.
- Experience with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, RAG, or LLM orchestration is highly desirable.
- Experience with NLP, LLM model deployment and LLM finetuning.
- Expertise in AI-augmented development workflows, leveraging tools like Cursor or Claude Code to accelerate high-velocity software delivery.

- PostgreSQL and Vector Databases (Milvus).
