What You'll Do🤖 AI Engineering
- Build production-ready AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Integrate leading LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) with prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.
- Develop intelligent features including campaign generation, content creation, audience recommendations, and marketing insights.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and observability for AI systems in production.
💻 Full Stack Development
- Build modern, responsive applications using React and Next.js.
- Develop backend APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js.
- Integrate AI services with real-time frontend experiences.
- Own features end-to-end—from architecture to deployment.
📊 Data & Integrations
- Work with marketing datasets, customer insights, and brand strategy documents.
- Integrate with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta, and other marketing tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams consuming Snowflake-powered data pipelines.
🤝 Collaboration
- Work directly with client marketing teams.
- Translate business needs into AI-powered product features.
- Contribute to architecture, documentation, and technical decision-making.
What We're Looking ForMust Have
- 5–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Production experience building LLM-powered applications.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Strong React & Next.js expertise.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Hands-on experience building RAG applications using vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or equivalent.
Preferred
- Experience with multi-agent AI systems.
- Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
- Streaming LLM responses (SSE/WebSockets).
- SaaS product development experience.
- REST or GraphQL API design.
- Marketing technology or e-commerce domain experience.
Nice to Have
- TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui.
- Snowflake or cloud data warehouses.
- LangSmith, Helicone, Arize, or similar observability tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing and customer segmentation.
