Job Description
Job Summary
- As a SR AI ENGINEER CONSULTANT II-INDIA, you will spearhead advanced analytics and AI initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, across multiple industries.
- You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional and client teams to address complex business challenges using data science, machine learning, and GenAI technologies.
- This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic problem‑solving skills, and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, feature engineering, and model development
- In‑depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation techniques
- Hands‑on experience in data wrangling and transformation using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Ability to design, build, and interpret data visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and data pipelines
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills for client engagement, documentation, and presentations
Generative AI & Agentic AI Expertise
Hands‑on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including:
- Prompt engineering and optimization
- Fine‑tuning and deploying models via APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)
- Understanding of ethical AI, governance, and responsible GenAI practices
- Experience with GenAI frameworks and architectures, including:LangChain for building LLM‑powered applications
- LangGraph for designing and orchestrating Agentic AI workflows
- Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures (Hierarchical RAG, Multimodal RAG, Agentic RAG)
- Vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Azure AI Search
- Multimodal models integrating text, image, and/or audio data
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Exposure to big data and distributed computing platforms such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
- Experience with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, monitoring, and governance
- Domain expertise in industries such as Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail, or BFSI
Familiarity With Advanced AI Techniques, Including:
- Natural Language Processing (spaCy, NLTK)
- Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO)
- Relevant certifications in Data Science, Cloud, or GenAI (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure Data Scientist Associate)
